• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, despite it having been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable laws, and to request that such action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the emergence of a result against the individual through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,

• To request compensation for damages in the event of suffering harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights via the methods specified at ik@hid-tek.com.tr. Upon receipt, your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. While it is principally free of charge to submit such requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined or to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (KVK Board).

The Data Subject warrants that the information provided under this Cookie Policy is complete, accurate, and up to date, and undertakes to promptly update such information in the event of any changes. If the Data Subject fails to provide up-to-date information, the Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

The Data Subject acknowledges that if they submit a request resulting in the Company being unable to use any of their personal data, they may not be able to fully benefit from the functionality of the Site, and declares that all responsibility arising in this context shall be their own.
